FAETEDA is the State Federation of Associations of Theater and Dance Companies, with address at Plaza de la Cebada, 2, 28005 Madrid and with CIF G61486445, hereinafter, “the Company”, which the user of the portal must read and accept to use all the services and information provided from the portal. The mere access and/or use of the portal, of all or part of its contents and/or services means full acceptance of these general conditions of use.

www.faeteda.org, in compliance with Law 34/ 2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, informs you that:

These general conditions of using the portal regulate the access to and use of it, including the contents and services made available to users in and/or through the portal, either by the portal, by its users, or by third parties. FAETEDA undertakes in the use of the data included in the files or treatments, to respect its confidentiality and to use them in accordance with its purpose, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and adapt all the measures to avoid alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of people regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (RGPD).

The user guarantees that the personal data provided through the contact form and newsletters are truthful, being obliged to communicate any modification thereof. Likewise, the user guarantees that all the information provided corresponds to their real situation, that it is up to date and accurate. Furthermore, the user undertakes to keep their data up to date at all times, and shall be solely responsible for any inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided and for any damage that may be caused to FAETEDA as owner of the portal or to third parties as a result of the use of said data.
